30 Days of Habits

The sun is out, the sky is clear, spring is among us! I can’t help but bask in the warm sun and look forward to exciting changes. I always feel my best in the spring. Classes are coming to a close, summer is approaching, and good vibes are all around.

I find it is easier to invest myself in projects and begin new habits when I feel my best self. Now is the perfect time to start taking action on things I’ve been wanting to do for months. Inspired by the “Be THAT Girl” TikTok trend, I plan on actively making efforts to become the person I want to be. I’ve always heard that it takes 30 days to create new habits. By the end of the month, I hope to have solidified new habits and feel confident continuing them as I move into the summer.

Personally, I will be focusing on the following:

  • Get active outdoors

    • I’m tired of staying inside and studying all day :(

  • Consistent workouts to keep my mind and body healthy

  • Eat healthier

  • Save money for future

    • Woohoo, post-grad plans!

  • Spend more time reading

  • Recognize daily blessings

  • Emphasize self-care and happiness
